When beginning and entire new system, setting up the system is only half of the project. There is still that pesky issue of content and then those details. After a steady march to the launch, the last two weeks were a complete workout in covering all bases, filling in all content and testing it from every angle. The result is a beautiful site package for SellStateNRES in Nevada.
Thank goodness this client has a big team we can pull together for each element. We each did the part we do best. They gathered content and images, internal IT worked on email and network configurations, I handled the DNS issues, and customizing the modules that were in place, as well as setting up and designing their blog, twitter customizations, feeds and YouTube channel.
We've worked together for a couple of years now and they understand the importance of consistent branding. No matter what has the name "SellStateNRES" is will have their colors, logo and basic style for continuity and brand building.
For two weeks, I felt that I was in their offices eating lunch in the conference room, laughing, slamming through the to-do lists to bring this project live.
This is build in a content management system specific to the real estate industry. It takes into account that agents need to be able to have unique branding, while being part of the main brand. Custom modules can be created for the over all site and for the specific agent sites. All forms run through their CRM that is built in to make it easy to manage leads and give great customer service.
Now, each of their agents has a site within the system, and management is simple for corporate admin. We still have a next phase of wishes to implement but we're on to some other projects for this same client. We're on a roll and it feels great!
